    • Since 1999 designing and implementing production systems on all levels based on Lean philosophy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Specialised in Lean implementation, OEE increases, Shopfloor management, logistics optimization and production planning\/controlling<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Development of employees and managers for Lean implementation, since 2018 also C-Level Manager for Mercedes Benz among others<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Main focus on powertrain production processes incl. steering systems, axles and axle components and all types of machining (cutting, pressing\/punching, welding etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Executed more than 30 successful projects in production and logistics, designing and implementing financially resilient action programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • Introduction of production systems from conception to implementation, at German and European locations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Analysis and optimization of planning processes on all company levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Implementation of management processes in production, supported by store floor management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
